A deposit of 50% is typically required to begin production on custom orders. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery or installation. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and checks from established customers.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if:
- Project specifications change after order confirmation
- Material costs increase significantly between quote and production

Digital proofs will be provided for approval before production begins. Customer approval of the proof constitutes acceptance of the design, including colors, spelling, and layout. We are not responsible for errors in approved proofs.
4.3 Color Accuracy
Colors may vary between screen displays, proofs, and final printed products due to differences in printing processes and materials. We recommend requesting a physical sample for color-critical projects.
