What types of signs do you design, fabricate, and install?
Our wheelhouse includes illuminated channel letters, dimensional lobby logos, vinyl banners, ADA/wayfinding signage, window & wall wraps, vehicle graphics (decals + magnets), and printed rigid panels like Dibond, coroplast, and foam board. If it's a high‑impact printed sign, we probably make it.
Do you provide design services?
Yep. Hand us a napkin sketch or rough concept and we'll turn it into production‑ready artwork—dialing in colors, materials, and city‑code compliance. Design fees are quoted up front and credited back when you move forward with fabrication.
What's the typical turnaround time from approved artwork to installation?
Anywhere from 48 hours to two weeks, depending on complexity and shop load. Rush slots are available—just ask.
How is the price of a sign determined?
Size, materials & finishes, print method/material cost, production complexity (CNC routing, laser cutting, multi‑pass printing), installation difficulty (height, access), and order quantity all factor in. Share your artwork and specs and we'll nail down a firm quote.
Can you install a sign that another company fabricated?
Absolutely. Our crew is fully insured and equipped with crane trucks, lifts, and rigging to set third‑party signage safely and on schedule.
What areas of the Bay Area do you serve?
Berkeley, Oakland, San Francisco, Walnut Creek, San Jose, and pretty much anywhere in the greater Bay Area. For national sign companies, we'll travel statewide on larger installs—just drop the site address.
What payment terms do you accept?
Online, ship‑only signs: 100 % payment up front.
Custom fabrication or installation projects: 30 % deposit; balance on completion. Major credit cards and ACH accepted. Net‑30 terms for approved commercial clients.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes—same‑day and next‑day printing slots open daily. Contact us before noon PST to secure a rush window.
Can you match my brand colors precisely?
We calibrate printers daily and can hit most Pantone and CMYK targets. Provide coated Pantone numbers or physical swatches for best accuracy.
Do you do site surveys?
Yes—we provide detailed measurements and high‑quality PDF outputs assuring your site is mapped properly.
